HDPE Pro Fittings by EnviroCon Systems is a Houston-based HDPE manufacturing facility that specializes in fabricating 3-24” IPS fittings, as well as dual containment pipe, perforated pipe and manholes.
Our fittings include but are not limited to crosses, laterals, standard and special radius elbows, tees, and true wyes. We also manufacture a variety of sheet stock items and can custom cut sheet products per your specifications.
3-24” Fabricated Fittings
Fabricated fittings can accommodate non-traditional angles and are typically utilized in applications where molded fittings are not available. Fitting data is logged and reported to ensure that all fuses meet the most stringent specifications.
All fittings are manufactured from PE4710 Pipe.

Designed for leak protection applications, dual containment piping systems are commonly utilized when handling potentially hazardous substances. The pipe itself consists of an interior carrier pipe that houses the media, along with an exterior containment pipe that surrounds the carrier and serves as a safeguard. This type of piping system is useful in applications and settings that benefit from environmental protections, such as chemical processing plants, landfills and wastewater treatment facilities.

Perforated Pipe
Perforated pipe is utilized in applications that require cable protection, ducting, landfill gas dissipation, leachate systems and water drainage. Our fabrications team can customize perforates to meet your specific needs, including hole pattern, size and quantity.
